Terms and Conditions
Spray Tan: Exfoilate well, arrive without deodarant, wear dark, loose fitting clothing.
Sauna: we will provide a wrap for you to wear but you may wish to bring a change of underwear.
All treatments: underwear required
It is always recommended to book ahead of time to ensure we can accommodate your request.
Bookings can be made online or by phone; links are available on the home page.
Packages, group bookings, or appointments greater than 1 hour will require credit card details or a 50% deposit to secure your appointment.
Please note that regular no-shows or late cancellations may result in the refusal of future service, as we aim to provide fair and reliable availability for all clients.
We ask that you arrive 5 min prior to your appointment time. This allows time to relax prior to your treatment and to ensure you receive your full treatment time. New clients will also need to fill in a client card which will take a few minutes. Plan your time carefully as late arrival may simply reduce the time of your treatment.
We send out confirmation texts the day before your appointment, please reply "YES" to this text to confirm you will be attending. We will make every effort to confirm your appointment but please understand failure to reply may result in your booking being forfeited.
We understand that life can get busy and plans may change. To ensure we can continue providing the best service to all our clients, we kindly ask for notice as follows if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment:
- For individual bookings: At least 24 hours' notice is required.
- For group bookings of 2 or more people: At least 72 hours' notice is required.
Cancellations or changes made with less than the required notice will incur a 40% cancellation fee, based on the value of the treatment(s) booked.
No-shows (failure to attend your appointment): A 50% fee will apply. The 50% fee is calculated based on the value of the treatment(s) you would have been charged had you attended.
This policy allows us to manage our schedule effectively and offer available times to others in need of treatments. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
We request that mobile phones and other devices be turned to silent or off.
Please no phone conversations in reception, the hallway or on the veranda.
In the sauna; bring earphones/earpods if you would like your own music or podcast but we do have background relaxation music on in the room. Please understand there may be someone in the room next to you having a massage, so no phone conversations or other music please.

- Hicaps (if you are claiming on your private health fund)
All gift vouchers have 3 years before they expire and they are not redeemable for cash. 3 years is counted from the date of purchase, and the treamtent must be completed by the expiry date.
If the price of a service has increased since the voucher was purchased, the difference may be payable at the time of redemption.
Gift vouchers received through giveaways, promotions, or competitions must be redeemed for the specified treatment only
In the event that a specified treatment is no longer available, an alternative treatment of equivalent or greater value will be provided
Only vouchers with a dollar amount specified can be used for product purchases.
Vouchers for treatments can be exchanged for other treatments, at the value of the original gift card.
Under the terms of our agreement with HICAPS, we are not able to accept gift vouchers to cover gap payments for Remedial Massages that are claimed using private health fund rebates.
If our staff believe through comments or actions that you have the wrong impression of our service, the service may be refused or a manager may be called in to supervise the treatment to ensure the highest professional standards.
As a client you are also entitled to request supervision of treatment or to cease treatment if you have expressed you are uncomfortable and your therapist has not responded to the best of their ability to your request, please speak up if you are not comfortable for any reason, we have very high standards for our therapists and we trust they will do whatever they can to make you comfortable.
- Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for a replacement or refund.
- Legal Requirements: We comply with all applicable consumer laws regarding returns and refunds.
- Change of Mind or Accidental Purchase: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or accidental purchases of wrong products, due to hygiene and safety.
